2pm – Vegan energy boosters: staying energised the natural way by Dominica Alicia Roszko from Vegerasta 

Sadly, many people in our culture still turn to excessive caffeine to boost their energy throughout the day which can often leave them feeling sluggish. Join Dominica Alicia Roszko an expert in living a different way as she talks about ways that people can stay energised, happy and healthy throughout the day with natural foods.


3pm – Health Benefits of a Whole Food Plant Based Diet by Vegan Cyclist Mick Walker

This means a diet based 100% on plants – and they should be consumed in a form that is as close as possible to how they were grown and harvested. It should include little, if any processed or refined products – for example, no added sugar or oil. This talk will outline some of the evidence for this, look at some top athletes who live on a plant based diet and explain what should be included in such a diet.


4pm – Should vegans go to zoos? By CAPS

In this talk we will explore why we campaign against zoos. There will be discussion around why zoos are often visited by those who care about animal issues.

Education is a vital link in creating a more ethical world and an understanding of the impacts of our choices. In this time there has been a massive development in veganism with its growth across the country and world. This talk will support you with practical advice and help you find your own vegan path and knowledge to support your ethical choices



2pm –  SuperSlaw- Blitz your Way to 5 a Day by Jill Greenwood from SuperSlaw

Jill Greenwood is a personal trainer. She developed SuperSlawTM as a solution for clients who wanted to improve their diets but were struggled to find vegetables interesting or filling, and also lacked the time to prepare a healthy meal from scratch every day.

See you on the mat for fun and strengthening postures to promote stability of the core and shoulders. Explore Chaturanga ensuring precise alignment maintaining resilient shoulders and strong bodies! All abilities welcome!


2pm – Yoga with Chloe

Guiding through asanas and chakra alignment.  Starting with some breathing and balancing followed by sun salutations and lovely dance like vinayasas. Everyone welcome!

Dina Aherne, Animal Liberation Advocate, shall we giving a talk on the realities of the dairy & egg industry as well as debunking common myths associated with consuming dairy


2pm – The Save Movement and why it is important to bear witness with Dina Aherne from Imperfectly Vegan


3pm – Healing Cancer through Veganism, self-love & the power of belief by Jem Ayres


Jem has one of the most provocative, sexy, interesting cancer recoveries you’ll ever hear.  Join her as she takes you through a joyful and exciting journey of terminal cancer recovery, including veganism, manifesting, tantra, pleasure, cannabis alongside traditional medicine.

Discussing how veganism effects animals, the eco system and what studies say about vegan health.
